Women 40+: What's Really Behind the Stubborn Weight Around Your Middle, the 3pm Crash and the Brain Fog, and What YOUR Body Needs Now

Without another plan built for the average woman, even if your doctor says your bloodwork is normal, and whether or not you're on HRT or a GLP-1.

The weight around your middle is a signal, and your bloodwork and symptom patterns show what it is pointing to. In this free live workshop, Registered Holistic Nutritionist Joanne Willis shows you how to read your body's signals so you can stop guessing and fix the root cause once and for all.

HERE'S WHAT WE'LL WORK THROUGH TOGETHER

Checkpoint 01 / 03

Checkpoint 1: Read the Dashboard

The problem

The 3pm crash, the 9pm cravings, the 3am wake-ups and the belly weight, each treated with its own supplement, prescription, or one-size-fits-all diet or lifestyle plan.

What you'll learn

How to group your symptoms, notice their timing, and see what they're pointing to before you spend another dollar on a fix.

The proof

Helen, a shift worker with IBS and hands so swollen she called them "football hands," read her own signals and saw her IBS settle in under a week. About 10 pounds and two clothing sizes down, and dreaming again for the first time she can remember.

"It's definitely my lifestyle now."

Checkpoint 02 / 03

Checkpoint 2: Look Past "Normal"

The problem

"Your bloodwork is normal." And you still don't feel normal.

What you'll learn

The handful of markers that tell the midlife story (fasting glucose, triglycerides, liver enzymes, CRP), what they mean in plain language, and how to put them next to your symptoms.

The proof

Susan, 61, eight years post-menopause, had a CRP nearly double the upper limit. It explained every symptom. Within two weeks of her personalized plan, her 2 to 4am waking stopped. At eight weeks she was one pound away from her weight loss goal.

Checkpoint 03 / 03

Checkpoint 3: Rebalance the Root

The problem

Eating less, fasting longer and pushing harder at the gym, or wondering if a prescription is the only thing left.

What you'll learn

The daily rhythm that steadies blood sugar, why "healthy" food isn't always right for YOUR body, and why your nervous system matters as much as your plate. With or without HRT or a GLP-1.

The proof

Jane, 64, had her thyroid removed over 30 years ago. She lost 22.8 pounds in nine weeks, and four months on she's holding her goal through girls' weekends and the occasional cocktail with friends.

About your host

I'm Joanne Willis, and I help women 40+ connect the dots between their symptoms and their bloodwork so they can figure out what THEIR body needs NOW so they can escape "barely surviving" and finally begin thriving!

On paper, I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with over 19 years in practice, a Certified Metabolic Balance® Practitioner, and the host of The Midlife Vitality Project podcast. I've managed a chain of health and nutrition stores, and I've worked in healthcare commissioning with the NHS in England and in employee benefits in Canada.

More importantly, I've lived this.

A few years ago I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize the exhausted, bloated, foggy woman looking back. Everyone told me it was perimenopause and pointed me toward HRT or Ozempic. My years in nutrition told me there was more to it.

So I paid attention to my symptoms AND my bloodwork, followed a plan built from my own results, and lost 30 pounds. My cholesterol and liver enzymes came down, and my energy and sleep came back.

It wasn't the first time. I'm a 23-year survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma, and I rebuilt my health through nutrition after chemo and radiation in my twenties, and again after postnatal depression in my thirties.

What I believe

What I believe: the weight around your middle is a signal, and your bloodwork and symptom patterns show what it is pointing to. Every woman deserves someone who looks at her, the whole picture, and trusts her to make her own choices about her health.
